The following works were created for private clients seeking original artwork for their homes, gifts, or personal projects. Each commission begins with a discussion of the client’s ideas, followed by concept sketches and refinements before the final piece is produced.
I place a strong emphasis on communication and reliability throughout the process. The projects shown here include both digital illustrations created in Adobe Photoshop, Fresco, and Illustrator, as well as traditional paintings on canvas.

FANTASY MAP

This illustrated map was commissioned by a couple to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Inspired by the style of fantasy maps found in classic literature, the piece depicts many of their favorite hiking destinations over the years. Each location was rendered using reference photography and incorporates symbolic objects and environmental details that reflect their experiences there. The final artwork was produced as a large-format print.
SYMBOLIC PORTRAIT

This portrait was commissioned by a couple seeking a symbolic painting inspired by the visual language of Frida Kahlo. The composition incorporates flowers and personal imagery representing their shared history, heritage, and interests, including references to where they met and meaningful moments from their lives together. The design and placement of each element were carefully developed through multiple sketch iterations before the final painting was executed.
QUEEN OF CATS

Created as part of a two-piece private commission, this painting is a stylized portrait of the client’s cat. Working from reference photos and the client’s descriptions, the piece focuses on capturing the animal’s distinctive personality as well as its likeness.
TWILIGHT RIDER

This illustration was commissioned as a personal gift and combines visual influences from classic Western imagery, and the atmospheric landscapes and detailed figures often seen in anime films. The composition depicts a rider approaching a campsite at dusk, emphasizing the contrast between soft, luminous scenery and solid character silhouettes. The figure at the campfire was modeled after the client, incorporating subtle likeness references into the narrative scene.
MORRIGAN

Commissioned by a client with an interest in mythology and gothic imagery, this painting presents my interpretation of the Celtic goddess Morrigan. The composition incorporates crows, standing stones, and dramatic cloud formations, along with the Shakespearean line “To thine own self be true,” emphasizing themes of self-determination and personal destiny.
TREES

This painting was commissioned as a whimsical illustration inspired by Joyce Kilmer’s poem “Trees.” The composition represents the changing seasons within a single tree, incorporating animals and small narrative details throughout the branches and roots. The poem itself was hand-painted into the composition to integrate the text and imagery into a unified scene.
